‘It is illegal to sell tobacco to anyone under the age of 18’

This should be attached at the point of sale (that means the till) and on or immediately adjacent to the shelving or other units containing tobacco products, (if there is more than one, then adjacent to each and every unit). The notice must measure at least 60cm by 42cm, A3, and the wording must occupy not less than 30% of this area.
