Regular Review
Each day you should check that the relevant notices are in place and record the fact.
Each month you should check that the records have been completed and sign them to show that they have been reviewed.
You should make a note of any action that is needed to be taken as a result of a regular review.
If you receive a complaint from a member of the public, a trading Standards visit or they inform you that they have made a test purchase you should again check that all notices are in place and that record sheets are being used correctly.
A note should be made in the Education/Review record.
If it is a complaint you should note the details of the complaint on the sheet and any correspondence should be kept with the record.
